History of IKYA
International Kids Yoga Alliance®, also known as IKYA, was inspired by the neo humanistic ideas of education in the beginning of 1990. IKYA integrates the practical training in all aspects of yoga’s systematic development of body, mind and spirit method. After 30 years of teaching, practice and reflection, a unique teaching system was formed and IKYA has been promoting children's physical and mental education ever since.
1990 Established children's Yoga Promotion Center . 2000 Established children's Yoga Association . 2008 International Children's Yoga Alliance was established. 2015 Established IKYA Chinese branch with UYOGA International Training Institute.
